People are people. However after being a sex therapist and marriage counselor for years. I can say that it has to do with the womans desire, self esteem and physiatry.

Just look at some spanish channels. Look at the weather girl on Univision or watch a spanish soap opera for even just a little while. You will find european and American women Look trashy when compared to a latina wearing the same thing. The latina looks sexy whereas the white women look trashy. I am certainly not putting down white women. Just listen. Black women can wear things that other women would not dare wearing. Why? Its' cultural. The same thing goes for Latinas. Are they better in Bed. I think they may be. Why, They tend to be sexier, not because they are better.....but because of the mindset.

this is a racist question. you cant' judge all people of one culture or race by one or two individuals. you can't label everyone by their skin color.

(p.s. i agree with the guy above who says it's the attitude, psychology, etc. of the individual woman! i'm mixed-race and that "turns guys on" if i play the "exotic" card, but it's just psychology and self-confidence. any woman of any race can be dowdy, just as any woman of any race can be sexy, depending how she presents herself, looks after herself, etc. )
