What comes out if it's not either of those? Cuz I think I'm having it-but it's urine that's coming out, even when I don't need to go to the bathroom. By the way, I'm 13.

urine comes out of a different hole - not your vagina

Blood comes out of the vagina during your period, I take it that you haven't had one yet?

It seems like what's coming out is the normal vaginal secretions. The vagina naturally secretes fluid to keep itself clean and lubricated, and the consistency varies throughout the month. It increases in amount during sexual arousal. I don't think it's anything to worry about, unless the secretions are foul or "fishy" smelling, green or yellow coloured, or lumpy, like cottage cheese. In that case, you need to get to get to the doctor, to make sure you don't have an infection.

Oh dear honey, you need to be asking these questions of your Mom not complete strangers on the internet.

Urine does not come out of your vagina. It comes out of the urethra, which is the hole closest to the outer edge of your private parts.

I think it sounds like you need to talk to your mother about this, don't let it be embarrassing, it's a part of life.
