Lime Wire is the best download site in my opinion. I used to use Kazaa until it caused my system to crash by giving me a bunch of viruses.

none, its illegal unless you pay a monthly fee. and If you get on the sites that allow it, they send viruses to your PC to attempt to end piracy....Ive known quite a few people that have experienced it from using limewire.
