You can never be energized with 3 little kids. Get plenty of sleep, (whenever possible) and just be thankful you are a mommy

switch whatever u drink to yerba mate tea - google it up, it is absolutely harmless an i think it is worldwide the best herb to drink on a daily basis, not that it dopes u up and then lets you fall back down like ginseng (note that in lots of ginseng products there is not enough ginseng, so it is more of placebo). there is little caffeine in mate but really very little and very healthy form of it, not like in guarana or coffee or tea or cola.
It is from south america, listen to some south american ethnic music and you dont need explanation, yeah, buy a CD with some exhilarating music of this kind, too. Bye and give my regards to the kids

I have chronic fatigue syndrome so I can sympathize with your energy problems. One thing that did help me was this juice made from teh wolfberry called Berryyoung juice. Corny name but the stuff works. I buy it from this site https://www.youngliving.org/Gramora. Also theres another reciope called Ningxia Red that uses the same berry, but I haven't tried it yet. Also another thing is to diffuse mint essential oil intpo the air. This will make it so you can breathe more efficiently and get more oxygen into your body. This increases metabolism and energy levels.

My mom is big into herbs and even sells them through a company called Nature's Sunshine. She swears by either Bee Pollen or Royal Jelly. I've used the Bee Pollen myself...seems to do the job. If you have allergies to bees or pollen, then they wouldn't be good things to take, but if there are no allergy concerns, go for it.

I buy ginseng root at the Chinese Herbal store, I prefer Korean Ginseng or American Ginseng because they taste better. I boil them in water for one hour and I use the liquid as my water. It gives you lots of energy and cleanse your system also.
