When was the last time, a nation, Invaded a land and Bombed it back to the Stoneage, all because one of its Soldiers was kidnapped while he was shooting at Palestinian civilians???

This nation, which happens to pick people (Palestinians) off the streets and make them strip to their Underwear in the cold and pouring rain, before typing them up with plastic wires, and Throwing them behind Bars, for Huge numbers of years????

This nation which has Thousands upon Thousands of Palestinians (Men, Women and Children), in its Cells???

This nation that is currently Illegally (According to the UN and other International Organizations) Occupying land from the Syrian Golan Heights to the West Bank and Gaza Strip???

What do people think of this??? And what kind of nation is this???

Israel has been put on a pedestal by the US and its allies. There is this never-ending guilt trip about Jews and the holocaust that the Zionist Jews have obviously exploited to its fullest capacity.

Israel has gotten away with terrorism since its inception - no doubt about it. Who has stopped it? Who has made any effort to punish the war crimes committed in Lebanon? Who has made any effort to punish Israel for the killing of Innocent civilians in its illegally occupied territories? No one, because Israel is untouchable - therefor it does what it wants and it believes the life of one single soldier is more important the the lives of an entire Palestinian village. The US needs Israel in power to keep tab on Arab states in the strategic Middle East area. Israel needs the US for money, weapons, propaganda and mafia style protection. Perfect partnership - at the cost of innocent bloodshed.

Ok. Ive got your point. Now lets look at this rationally. The situation in the middle east in particular between Israel and Palestine. The land that we now know as Israel originally belonged to the Palestinians as far as I know. So this problem between these two countries will really never end as long as Israel exists.Now I am not proposing that all the Jews pick up their things and leave. They will have to stay put where they are.Theres nothing one can do now. As for the Palestinians, they have to check their inner values and cease all missiles, kidnappings, suicide bombings because " an eye for an eye only makes the whole world blind" ( Gandhi said that ). Hamas must immediately hand back that soldier unharmed to the the Israelis.Then I am sure they will withdraw from Gaza. Theres no point in continuing to be stubborn against the Jews as we all know that they have the firepower and the military strength to do anything.

They both must return to the table and work on the road map to peace and two separate states. - hopefully living in peace with each other.Now thats a massive challenge but something I believe they should want.Unless Im missing something here..??!

WE should at least, be told some of the truth.

Israel is retaliating ,to the Rockets , fired into Jewish villages and townships, killing and maiming and damaging property
in-discrimitatly .

The Golen hieghts and Gaza strip, were returned to the Arabs in payment for peace . A bitter pill to take
Israel delivered and the Arabs continue toi attack .... with Rockets from the Gaza strip !!!!!

This incursions are regular and increasing, in numbers as the Ha mas / Hezbollah, become emboldened . SO they must be stopped .

Kidnapping and blackmail, go hand in hand with these terrorists , the Hezbollah and Ha mas,
Who's mandate is to wipe Israel off the map .

Muslim fanatics are well known for their brutal treatment of those who they kidnap, they usually kill first and then blackmail the Israel government .
They have no intention to return their victims , or even return the bodies, to the grieving families ,

Your question should be does the world recognize this fact.
Unfortunately facts have been SO distorted by western media that Europeans and Americans and maybe with them half of the Far Eastern world, do not know that there were actually people living in Palestine before it was given buy the UN to Jews, who by the way did not have ownership to Palestine, yet they just gave it away to Jews.
For centuries Jews were so much hated in Europe that they had to come-up with any plan to get rid of them so they gave them Palestine.
This way they were able to minimize the number of Jews in Europe.
Anyway to get back to my point the world thinks that Palestine was empty, and that the Palestinians who are now fighting for their lives, are only thugs trying to terrorize the Peaceful Nation of Israel.
From the beginning of the world-cup 2006, and days earlier than the abduction of the Israeli soldier the number of Palestinian children killed by Israeli bombings is horribly huge but who other than some people know these facts.
There will never be a fair solution to this conflict, I only pray for all of us to find a way to co-exists.

All of the people posting here that call Israel a terrorist state are dead wrong. Every tactic that Israel uses is considered an accepted part of modern warfare in a civil society. When they attack it is with clearly marked soldiers in clearly marked vehicles. Not some guy in a sports coat with a bomb underneath his jacket. Also, Israel attacks valid military points and sometime civilians are killed because they have decided to associated themselves and surround themselves with terrorist. Palestine and Lebanon attack solely civilians that have little or no military importance. When Israel says they are going to do something, such as agree to a treaty, they follow the guidelines of that treaty. The terrorist-led nations around Israel are constantly betraying previous agreements. In summary, Israel is a modern state that follows modern rules of warfare. Palestine, Lebanon, and Syria are terrorist states that follow the rules same rules that were set in place by the child molesting murderer that Muslims call a profit.

My only comment is "GO ISRAEL." These Palestinians have shown themselves to be nothing but unreliable untrustworthy terrorists and terrorist affiliates. When somebody is lobbing bombs over the border at you everyday as the Palestinians have been doing, you do what you think is necessary to retaliate and to get it to stop. When your soldiers are being kidnapped and when you are being bombed its a state of war and bombing them back into the stone age is fair in war--otherwise Mr. Bush in Afghanistan and Iraq has some serious explaining to do right?
