I could go on all day. And, depending on the maturity of the girls, some of these may be a little too old for you. Maybe wait another year or two before watching some of them. And, most of these are older movies. I don't know quite as many newer movies for young girls. A lot of these are movies that I watched when I was 13.

Well I am not a teenager, but I think 'The Princess Diaries' is a great movie for anybody.
Mia is so typically teenager, trying to fit in, gawky, a Mom who is just a bit weird (like there is a teenager in the world with a normal Mom). She is excited about her 1st kiss and finds out about how cruel kids can be.
A great movie, funny too.

Try Tuck Everlasting. It has Alexis Bledel from the Gilmore Girls. I also agree with the othe people who said the Princess Diary movies. Anne Hathatway is great and Julie Andrews is, of course, Julie Andrews.

My daughter liked: Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, African Queen (Oldie But Goodie), Zathura (3-4 cuss words but good kid sci-fi), The Lizzie McGuire Movie & Because of Winn Dixie are just a few. Hope this gives you a few ideas.

God, Ladies; just because they're girls, it doesn't mean they have to watch crappy teeny-bopper Chick-Flicks!
I'm a girl myself, (& a very feminine one at that!) & my favorite movies are:
1.)"Wayne's World (1& 2)" (Excellent! Party On!)
2.)"Monty Python & The Holy Grail" (The Ultimate Cult-Classic!)
3.)"A Knight's Tale" (Heath Ledger! Yummy!)
&
4.) "Walk The Line" (Gotta Pay Tribute To Johnny Cash, Man!)

Beaches is a tear-jerker that I saw with my mom at about 13.
Steel Magnolias is another great one, but sad.
For funny movies I would go with a classic- The Jerk . Absolutley timelss.
Action movies-hmmmm- Speed is a good one for that age group.
Nacho Libre is supposed to be the new big one for the summer.
Edward Scissorhands...yes...get that one for the new generation it is great!
