Firstly, spell it right .... then always have a loo pan handy ...... and loads of toilet tissue. After that, plenty of fluids, reduce your food intake to simple moist foods for a day or two ... like all things, if it continues without undue cause, seek medical advice.

dont eat any food with spices, grease, cream, if hungry try just nibbling dry biscuit. drink plenty of water, rest and if it wont go, try imodium or see your doctor if it persists more than 24 hrs...you may have a bug.
