When im sitting at my pc with my webcam on i wanted my friends to be able to log onto a web page to see what im upto?

take a look at majorgeek.com and see if they have any software suitable.
i'm assuming you mean MSN not MSM, but any webcam can be linked to a web page with the right bit of know how.
ask the person hosting your web page for the code or software to enable the webcam on your site.
as someone else said WHAT are you upto?
for reference the creative labs webcam live and a few other of there webcams come with software to do just the job your looking to do. they can even be used as security cameras.
