Yes. I live in Seabrook, TX. Seabrook borders the southern edge of Houston and Webster. It extends to Kemah, Texas. A fairly large portion of the Clear Lake shoreline runs along Seabrook.
I am interested in knowing the basis of your question. Are you in Texas, too? If so, where?
