You really do have several options my friend and I think we discussed this some time back on another question. First off, you really need to gain a few pounds. As I recall the last weight you gave was less than 300 lbs. Really, that's pretty tiny in today's market. If you want to make it to the top you have to compete with the big boys. Suggestions for employment would be an ad agency selling anti-wrinkle cream, you naturally would pose for the before picture. Side show at a carnival....'hurry, hurry step right up see the man with stretch marks all over his body, one head, two hands, and one ...peter get away from that popcorn stand."
Those were just two ideas, the list is really endless. I wish you well, best advice would be to put on a few pounds first.
