i looked in the boxes and there is no box for hair do i have to upgrade?

just log in to your avatar and you can select hair color in there. there are lot of choices. and you can add them to your favorites so whenever you want to change something it's easy.

there will sometimes be 4 boxes to the right of a hairstyle. those boxes have a coler in them. click on a box to make the hairstyle that color that is in the box.

Go to Appearance. Face and eyes. They have all kinds of dif hair styles. I just starightened mine last week. lol

you click on hairstyles and on the right of each hair style there are four color buttons....just click on the one you want
