anyone can be a model you just need to start right
Firstly do not go to a modeling agency without a portfolio as they will want you to get one and these can be very expensive, you best bet is to get a friend to take a lot of photos of you with a digital camera (in different clothes and backgrounds) and then select a 10-20 really nice photos and create a digital portfolio which you can put this on line and just have business cards with the link on, a lot cheaper than having them printed. examples of work can be provided on request. just message me here if you want, i am a professional website designer but have lots of free time (and enough money) so i am currently doing free sites for small bands, small artist etc, basically anyone who could not afford them otherwise.

Of course. There is a market for short models. Not all models are super leggy bean stalks anyway. And there are lots of types of models too.

Sure, but probably more print than runway. They want tall models for runways due to the visibility

Absolutely, just not a "runway" model. How about a hair mdel, face model, shoes, stockings,shirts, etc> there are many types of models!

yea as a girl but the shortest known model is kate moss and she is 5'5. you cannot be too tall either 6'3 would be way too big the optimal height is 5'10 or 5'11
