is it true that in the last harry potter book harry potter is gonna die?
if u have any information plz tell me it all. i like it alot and i am curious of what is going to happen? plz

I very much doubt that Harry will die - then EVIL would win! Unless he did something heroic like sacrifice himself for his friends after defeating Voldemort - that's quite conceivable I suppose.
Obviously Voldemort can't live though - the prophecy says that "neither can live while the other survives", so either one or both of them have to snuff it.

Doesn't it only make sense that he would? Voldemort and Harry can't live at the same time. Harry has been living because Voldemort has been decaying. Now that Voldemort is coming back to power Harry will start losing his.
So the end battle is: who will die, Voldemort or Harry?
Wouldn't it be wicked awesome if Harry Potter died? I'm actually hopeing he will because that is just an AWESOME ending. Or if the whole thing was a dream.
The last word of the seventh book is the word "scar". That was confirmed by JK Rowling and that AT LEAST two people will die in the next book. (With a big final battle - you just KNOW that more than two people will die overall.)

there have been several rumors about j.k Rowling killing two characters in the last book instead of the 1 that she intended to kill. In harry's prophesy in the 5th book it talked about either harry or voldemort dying because there will be a time when there isnt gonna be enough room for both of them. I seriously doubt that she would kill harry and i dont think that dumbledore is dead, and if he is he is coming back somehow, they do live in a magical world.

J.K. Rowling has said that two characters will die at the end of Book 7. She refuses to say who but she did say that if she killed off Harry, it would prevent anyone from writing an unauthorized sequeal and would prevent anyone from trying to continue the series when she dies. But, it's all speculation at this point as the only one who knows is J.K. Rowling and she isnt' telling.

J.K. Rowling said that 2 characters are going to die, I am not sure who its going to be..my guess would be that Harry and Voldemore dies, but that's just a guess. Or that Harry dies and evil takes over. J.K. also said that the last word of the book is "scar".

It has only been confirmed that 2 people will die. It is unknow who it will be. Some thoughts are Harry, Ron, Hermione, Voldemort, Hagrid and Neville. Hard to say which two!

Whoa! Hold your horses little lady!!! we don't know if HP will die, Jk Rowling made a statement saying that 2 important characters will die on the last book, she said harry COULD be one of 'em, but no one can assure that he will in fact die, I really hope he doesn't!!!!

Jo understands the desire to kill of a main character
She did explain that she understood an author's desire to kill off the main character of a successful series. "I've never been tempted to kill him (Harry) off before the end of book seven, because I always planned seven books and that's where I want to go. "I can completely understand, however, the mentality of an author who thinks 'Well, I'm going to kill them off because that means there can be no non-author-written sequels ... so it will end with me, and after I'm dead and gone they won't be able to bring back the character'."
Some fans have interpreted this to mean she has killed off Harry. Read her words carefully. She did not even hint she killed him off. She said she understood the temptation.

I don't know if Harry Potter's going to die, but they did say that there are two characters that are going to be killed. You shouldn't ruin it for yourself, though.
