What is rosacea?
According to Yahoo! Health: Rosacea is a skin disease that causes redness, pimples, and red lines on the nose, cheeks, chin, and forehead. A rash over the cheeks, nose, forehead, and chin often occurs. People sometimes call it "adult acne" because it can cause pimple-like outbreaks. Rosacea can also cause burning and soreness in the eyes and eyelids.

Finacea is one of the newest options and has been shown to achieve good results. Rosacea usually occurs on people with fair skin, and/or Northern European ancestry. It's an autoimmune disorder that affects light skinned people usually age 30-50. It's usually misdiagnosed at first because it first only shows as blushing of the face. Once it progresses, its easier to diagnose. I have it but choose to treat it holistically.

a redness on the face mostly cheeks. Looks like the person is blushing all the time, its can be cured or neatly covered up with makeup
