I am an amateur cartoon artist and back in 1998 I lost 2 years of my work at the local library. I searched the library as well as the lost and found, but it never reappeared. The day I lost that scetch pad was one of the saddest days of my life.

About 20 of my best photographic color slides. Lent them to my local church ministers to help make an album. Then each says the other one has them, they don't. Maybe the third one had them. Maybe he confiscated them because a girl had a low-cut bathing suit. I'll never know. Try not to lend valuables. Grit grit.

We lost one of our kids at Sea World once, but he went to one of the security guards and we were reunited.
