If you could learn to ignore her bad energy and just focus on how you feel about yourself, then it won't matter what she says to you. Live your own life and let karma kick her in the ***!!!!!!!!!

It's called "bad mouthing" because it makes HER mouth look bad. Refuse to stoop to her level. Simply consider the source and rise above it. Say things like "You seem to have a lot issues today. Are you feeling OK?" and MEAN them. Also, laugh at her, not in a nasty way, but get your mind to where you genuinely find it funny that she is so obsessed with annoying you and can't succeed. Learn to say AND MEAN things like "You seem awfully upset. Why? I'm not angry with you, and I don't understand why you're angry with me."

When she stops getting the reaction she craves (your being hurt and upset), she will stop doing it.

That's just so wrong of your stepsister. Tell your parents. Your stepmother will just back up her daughter.
