I received emails about this class action every few months for years. And then suddenly in January they had a settlement and you had to submit your forms by 2/21. Usually the statements were procedural drek so it stayed unopened until like 2/25 and I sent the claim in the next day. Do you think they'll just play hardball "hey you missed it - sorry dude!" or include me? I've inquired with the law firm handling the suit several times and the question of late submissions has not yet been addressed.

Generally, you have to opt OUT of the class, so you should still be entitled to whatever the calss received

no you wont they have dead lines for the cases and you missed it and wont be intilted to any of it. sorry
