The judge should be fired and never be able to judge in court again. The boy, ( I don't know how old he is.) should be locked away until he becomes of age and then be put to death. If he is already of age he should be put to death. He obviously doesn't care anything about human life and knows he is not going to be punished because he is not an adult yet.

If true, the boy should face death penalty, and inmates should be bribed to murder him before trial. The judge is innocent....every child should be considered rehabilitate-able.
