As a kid, I say individuals who are trying to find the best (or easiest, not always the same thing) path through the world. They feel like they could live without parents, but that's a lie. Parents and kids need each other, corny as all this sounds. Kids mean a lot to me because if there were no kids, what would I be?

I think they represent creating and having a real family. I think kids give you a purpose in life and a reason to be here.

i have 2 children and they are the best thing that has ever happended to me and my husband. when i look at them i see the love that my husband andi share becasue that is the result of our love. Also, watching them. i see the world all over again in a new light- a possitive light- and iam re learning things all over again through there eyes. they represend our future, on caring out our family.....

You're children should mean the world to you. Once you have children it's all about them not you anymore. Remember they are a product of you. Raising them right reflects on you. See disrespectful children and all you have to do is look at their parent. That tells it all

My children are part of my family and I love them dearly, but they are not the reason I feel like I have a family. My family is everyone related to me, whether I like them or not, and I love them simply because they are related. Odd, I know, and not everyone feels that way, but there you are. :-)

Kids to me means responsiblity and selflessness. It means sharing your heart and time with another human being. A little human being who looks up to you for guidance and support.

it means someone to take care of, to help guide along the right paths in life, to love no matter what, that gives unconditional love... and yes, they're my family.
