Here are some fun things that you might try:
1. All performers love a star on their door...cut out or buy a precut gold star. Using paint, markers or even glitter write her name.
2. Peppermint foot lotion that will soothe her dancing toes after a hard day of work.
3. Some funky socks. There are several you can buy but it is so easy and fun to decorate cheap anklets with pom pom balls, ribbons, and funny buttons.
4. Leave small trinkets or candies under her pillow.
5. The dancers I know, love to wear flip flops after rehearsal. Visit the yarn department in Walmart and pick up the free instructions for crocheting on top of rubber flip flops. Trust me, they are so easy to make...less that half of an hour. You end up with a fuzzy flip flop. And you can make them any color in the world.
6. Sew her a shoe bag. Check the fabric department for material and cording. They'll also have super easy patterns or check on line for one. With just a few folds and two seams, you've got a customized shoe bag.

I wish I was your camp buddie!
