Dr told me best way is to do it the regular old way (women on bottom man on top) the secret , lay flat on your back for half an hour before you get up, that gives the sperm time to get to the egg and attach if there is an egg. ever notice if you get up right after that the sperm tends to drip out and make a mess (sorry for the grouse details but no way to be discreet about this)

The best sex position to help conception is plain old missionary. This is because you are laying on your back and the way your bf or husband is situated, when he finishes his semen will squirt directly into you and it is easier for his sperm to swim up to your fallopian tube where your egg is released. Doggy style is ok too. But woman on top sex is not good because when he finishes, his semen will just leak back out. Make sure to lay on your back for like 5 or 10 minutes after sex. You can also try placing a pillow under your hips while having sex to elevate your hips, thus making it easier for the sperm to swim to your egg. Good luck.

I conceived while on top, but I believe the best way is missionary. If you are really trying to conceive I would just say stop trying! I had tried for many years to have a baby and when I finally told myself that I would probably never have a baby I finally got pregnant. So just stop trying and enjoy all the different positions!!

I do not believe Position matters, its timing. The egg has to be in place when the sperm is on its way. good luck. I have had 5 pregnancies and I don't think i ever used the same position.

any woman on bottom position is best and timing is key. If you can possibly time it where you orgasm right after he does it will help move the sperm up through the cervix. It's also best if you can stay on your back for 20 minutes or so after to make sure none of the semen leaks out.

Man on top. After he ejaculates, raise your legs and pelvis over your head for 15 mins to make it easier for the sperm to swim easier. Also, identify the day that you are ovulating. You will be more successful on this day. If you have a lot of trouble getting pregnant, get your fertility tested and if all is alright, consider invetro.

I actually got pregnanat twice in the same position. It's a little difficult to describe in writing, but i'll give it a try. I'm on bottom, husband on top but standing on the side of the bed. My legs are on his shoulders. Worked twice for me. Give it a try

it does not matter which position you are in just the his soldiers make it inside.
What do you think your parents did, I am sure they didn't go to their friends and ask about sex positions. Just have sex at the right time and this time next year hopefully you will have a bundle of joy screaming at you to get off of the computer and feed him/her.
