The way I see it, it is a medium where information can be shared between users and it is also a place where one can learn stuff that one may otherwise not have known previously. I've picked up a lot of good information and suggestions by viewing other folks answers to questions that I've answered. Points of view that I may not have otherwise considered. I really enjoy it.
