The string bit snapped?

This doesn't count as sexual does it, but I really need help. You know that 'string bit which connects your thing to to your skin...well it's snapped, what should I do?

awww dont worry your banjo string (or lack of one) will be fine just keep it clean and maybe see the doctor for something to help fight infection.
