I'm guessing from the way you phased the question you're refering (somewhat offensively) to people with downs syndrome
anyway I'm not sure what genetic would be involved but I do know that most people with downs syndrome are infertile so its highly unlikely to happen

Absolutely! Later in life, they all tend to have vision problems dealing with too much brightness and usually need sunglasses.
