You would give the car to your old friend to take the lady to the hospital and you wait with the woman (or in my case, man) of your dreams.

If you take the woman of your dreams, she becomes the woman of your reality. Soon you will notice her flaws and the quirky things she does will begin to rub you the wrong way. You will take notice that one eyebrow is slightly higher than the other, or that says "um" at the beginning of every sentece. She is no longer the flawless figure of your fantasy. She will have demands on you, your time, and your money. Because you love her, you will work hard to fulfill those demands. Yet you will realize all too late that the greed of your eyes has dampened the spirit of your heart.

Your old friend seems like a good option of a person to take. But look closely, and it seems that your friend must be a selfless person. After all, he did save your life. Getting him dry is not going to repay the favor. Besides, if he is really your friend, he didn't save your life to gain a credit in the "you owe me" account with you.

Finally, we get to the old lady. On the surface, she has nothing to offer, at least in tangible things. She does offer something, though, that none of the others can. She offers you the opportunity to esteem the life and wellbeing of another over your own selfish desires. She offers you a stepping stone to a life of selflessness.

Take the old lady to the hospital. Beautiful women are a dime a dozen and beauty is only skin deep. Friends will be friends, even if left standing in the rain for a good cause. (Give him your email address and hook up later for coffee, if you feel you owe him.) Help the old lady and you set a trend that makes the world a better place. Besides, you never know who else is watching and learning from your actions.

I would look at the most pressing needs as being the priority. I would take the person to the hospital first. If the person of my dreams did not understand need before want, then they probably wouldn't be for me anyway. Same with the old friend. It is good to repay those that help you (save your life), but if they do something good expecting a "reward", then they did it for the wrong reason. There is the philosophical answer. My answer would be to pile everyone in!

The old lady is old. She's lived her life already. Given she's not on the brink of releasing a cure for cancer or something similar, I won't take her. Given that the woman is not Jenna Jameson, I wouldn't take her either. Given that my old friend indeed saved my life once, I would take them only if they needed to go to the hospital. Picking them up while they're standing in the rain is not proper payment for saving my life. I'll wait until I can do something better for them.

It's raining. I'm going to keep on driving until I get home...

I would take the old woman the old friend who had once saved my life would understand and if the woman (man) of my dreams was really there I would meet them again at a better time.

Ok, since I'm a girl it would have to be the man of my dreams, so anyway I'd have my best friend take my car and drive the old woman to the hospital while I stayed with the man of my dreams.

The old lady. She would appreciate it the most. The man of
my dreams is just that. Why ruin the dream. My friend that
saved my life is a true friend and would understand.

The lady who needs the hospital, because the other two, barring anything unforeseen, will still be living and you will still have chances and choices with both. This may be a one-way way deal with the old lady needing hospital, but not with the others.

Well of course the woman who needs to go to the hospital. Not cause she's old but cause she must be sick, right? I mean the woman (man) of my dreams and the best friend who once saved my life, well I'll see them later..sorry but you have to get wet....I have a possibly dying woman to help.
