And what about an earache for an Elephant. I also have to wonder about a sore throat in a giraffe, or a centipede with fallen arches.
Do you suppose they administer four times the amount of pepto-bismol, then. And should she burp, would there be four belches or would it be four times louder?

Well the "enzymes" in the stomach can sometimes be "suspended" from the wrong organ and that can truly pun- settle the poor bovine. Perhaps a visit from familiar faces can help the poor cow settle its tum tum. :)
