Exercise. Do sit-ups and walk(not just a stroll..Walk fast enough that your heart-rate goes up a little and you breath a bit harder, but not so much that you couldn't carry on a conversation at the same time.) There is no miracle pill that will safely and permanently take pounds and/or inches off.

i dont know about pills cause all of them i have tried never worked. but that belt thing you wear around your waist that has a dial on it for heat to run threw it realy seems to work and fast, alot of people i know use it and have lost inches in just days by using the belt to sweat, you can use it on your legs and arm too!
