It was one man that pulled the trigger, it was the utter incompentence of an entire squad that killed Jean Charles. They should ALL be kicked off the force. And the man that gave THE ORDER TO SHOOT needs prosecution.

I do though think that it takes an IDIOT to pull a trigger based on an order that it so obviously wrong, ie an unarmed man, carrying nothing suspicious, WEARING nothing suspicious, not acting in a hurried or suspicious manner and given no opportunity to protest or act in any defense. And shot EIGHT times. A TAD excessive one might say? More bullets than brain cells. Yes, persecute them. Yes, prosecute them. Just for being idiots.

yes, let's go like the USA ,sue everyone, then in times of trouble NO DOCTOR, NURSE E.T.C will want to do their job...in fear of being prosecuted..the police obviously thought they had a source of info on this situation...and we are not as general public able to be party to this... and tragically we do as humans make mistakes, but with the English system as it is I'm sure it will not make up for the pain the family has suffered... but massive compensation will be awarded and a lesson will be learnt that if in doubt dont shoot...even if your 98.9% sure they are a threat to society or you will get prosecuted...next week somebody will be prosecuted for not shooting as" they didn't speak English" and then let the bomb off...and it's the police to blame again..

No, I think they should be prosecuted. Once for shooting him then again for publically lying about who he was (they said he was a terrorist) and what he did (they said he was resisting arrest).
In the last incident as bad as this 6 police officers stood and laughed at a man as they pulled down his trousers and kicked him to death. None of them were prosecuted either; they were split up and moved to different stations.

no i dont....... im not into politics and i do feel for the family but if people want to live in england they should learn basic english.... if this happened maybe he could understand the police and would of stopped before he got shot with all the stuff that went on at the time the police were defending the innocent...not saying he was not but it was a tragic mistake that did not need to happen but mindless terrorists caused this to happen by there antics

Who actually sent those gun crazy cops into that train after a not so white male? Was that a wise decision? It's a year ago from next week and the cover up is still holding tight.

Yes they should be,
But not only the police,
the whole of the entire team
that organised this shambled
operation, that a cowboy could
have done lot better.
absolutely pathetic.
And yet it did not end their
it carried on lying.
Just no remorse at all,
i don't know how they sleep at night.
They have to answer to God one day.
