Do you mean 'Remote Assistance' by any chance? If so, go to the Desktop and find the My Computer icon and right click it, select properties and the Remote tab.

If you have no icon on desktop, click Start - Run and type Explorer
then in left pane, locate the My Computer from the list, right click it, select properties and the Remote tab.
Or do you mean you have a remote control for it? Hehehehe!

contact the technical support department at the store or etailer you bought the system from.
if it is a windows XP MCE PC and as standard there is no remote then you can go to www.gocyberlink.com and look in there store for the universal remote control. it will cost you about £25 if my memmory is correct.

first step double check all the packaging that came with your PC if a remote control is supplied and you don't have it phone the helpdesk (number on your receipt or invoice) tell them your missing a part, and they should send the remote direct to you in the next post.

Look on your keyboard and see if there's a little colorfull knob in between G and H, if there is, that's your "Remote", if not, see if there's a little rectangular pad that looks like it'd be fun to run your fingers on, that will be your "Remote", If you have neither of these, than your computer is really "Special" and you should go to the store and buy something called a Mouse.
