Most are guilty of it, incl. myself but I also try to remember that if someone is gossiping about someone else, you are probably being discussed when not around as well. If they are doing it with you, they will do it to you.

I spread gossip, but I don't like doing it. It just happens. Its like a disease. I try to not do it, but then all of a sudden it happens. I hear myself talking... in my head I am thinking "What are you saying? Shut up!!!" But, I don't listen.
