If you are speaking of the shaft being bowed id say "NO" that only has to do with the shape it already is, a penis that is engorged with blood will be thick and tight, the head will mushroom up and turn purple a bit. In some cases sensitivity will lesson.

I would say yes, think about it, if the penis is straight wouldn't it be difficult to get it in. If it is up, it slides right in. I also believe if your man has a good erection, it will be rock hard.
