Great Question. I don't think I have it, so I'm putting this on my "Watch List" to see if I can learn anything.

I can sense it in others, but I cannot define or explain what it is, or where it comes from. I just "know it when I see it".

And I'm sure it's in the mind of the perceiver, and a little different for different people.
But it is also something about the inside of the charismatic person, so it is not merely popularity or fame.
Donald Trump has fame, but I wouldn't call him charismatic.
But I think Johnny Depp is charismatic.

Charisma n. a certain mix of charm, skill, attitude, confidence, and personality.
We all have it, have you ever seen a "nerd" work a "nerdette" or a
a company exec land the impossible contract?
We all just have different degrees and types.
The real question should be "Who got game?"
and what it is.
Discuss.
