If there is no doubt the act was committed....hard labor for 20 years. That means up at 4:30 every morning and working until 6 PM each evening. Half a day's work on saturday and the remainder of the day doing cleaning jobs within the prison until lights out. Sundays will be a full day of religious instruction and senstivity training as well as how to conduct yourself as a normal, working citizen in public when (if you live long enough) get released.
Any violation of the rules, refusal to partcicpate in these established programs will result in solitary confinement and repeated violations will result in castration.
Why execute someone right away. Work 'em and make e'm do something productive. If they can't conform..well...inact more drastic measures.

I would say cut his "member" off. but if you look at the statistics there is a ridiculous number of people that report false claims of rape in the US. Some are doing this out of revenge because they are mad at someone, some do it because they are mental disturbed.
I feel these people who are making the false accusations should be punished as well because it hurts the people who are innocent and being false accused (innocent people could go to jail, families can be destroyed, people could lose their jobs) and it hurts the people who have REALLY been raped and need justice.

Women Rape too you *** Holes, but they should get a Psycological evaluation and be given life man or WOMEN rapist. By the way those punishments are pretty harsh seeing as 50% of rape allegations are false.

Oh don't even get me started on this one! First they should have the same thing done to them times 10. Then they should be locked in a small, dark, wet, nasty smelling room for as long as they can take it without killing them. Then they should have to do there own castration...after that, public hanging. I think that will teach them a lesson! This also goes for child sex offenders!

Boy! I'm sure glad you guys aren't in the legal system! The proper punishment should be chemical castration with psychotherapy.

Remove the testicles and prostate. These organs control the production of semen and levels of testosterone. Then put them in prison for life, in a solitaire cell, with no time out of the cell, no ability to get educated and no visitations.
