i strted when i was 11.. but my sousin who was more developed than i was didnt start till she was 16.. every girl is different... just tell her to make sure to carry extra panites and a pad or two with her at all times just incase she gets an unexpected visitor

Well first of all im wondering r u sure it's not you who is wondering intead of your cousion well anyways all girls start at differnt times i started in auguest when i was bout 12 then one of my friends started when she was 13! so you never know hun!

there is no specific time for some girls it happen when they are 9 and for some girls it happend when they were 15 so she have to wait
