can i legally hack back into theirs
even if i cant do you know of a way or a website that would allow me 2 hack into thier account

Well you can hack back... but not legally. What you need to do is change your account or change your password to something better. If you can get an IP address of the person you can trace it back to their provider and notify them that someone with that IP address is hacking your accounts. Also notify the FBI.

You cannot legally hack an account of any sort. The best option is to change your password, etc. and if you have proof, press legal charges.

Just for future reference the correct term is cracked, not hacked. Cracked...cracked...not hacked. OK, good. Just clarifying. Using the term Hacker incorrectly drives us crazy. Plus it makes you sound like a security deficient idiot.
