Oh, I definitely believe so, and I have my own theories to back it up. Yes, there are probably several different universes, ones with different properties from ours. For example, ours contains time, space, and matter. Others, I believe, do not. Though I'd like to get into the deeper details of this question, I have only a few moments, and explaining my theories behind this could take quite a long time.

This is a debatable question. There are theories that there could be other universes but this has not been proven. It is believed that are universe is constantly expanding and that it is endless. If it is endless is there room for other universes? This question at this time cannot be truly answered, because at the current era our minds cannot fathom the possibilities.

Current theories in quantum physics allow for many parallel universes existing in the same space. This is entirely different from galaxies, which are just spaced out groups of stars and planets. You'd need advanced degrees in physics and math to comprehend the proofs.

This is a very philosophical question. There are models of the universe that involves calculations that require the assumption of multiple universe. Whether this is a mathematical convenience or actual physical existence of parallel universe is unknown. I personally believe that it is a real possibility.

Most likely, we'll never know. This could be the first universe, the seventh or the 10 millionth. There also could be clusters of universes just like there are clusters of galaxies. Our universe may be one of ten or ten billion. But since there is no way to see past what we perceive to be the edge of this universe, the world may never know.

our natural common sense tells us it can not end unless it's inside something which would indicate other Universes'. If it did not end then the laws that apply at the center of the universe would be very different than the laws at the edges.

Yes. an infinite number of them to
refer to m-theory on wkipedia
the theory explains that a new universe is born every second or so due to many membranes touching eachother. (Big Bang energy every few seconds)

We do not know for sure but there could very well be other universes out there that also started with a "big bang".
