try slowly "growing" apart from her....this happend with my friend caitlin, and now we don't hang out as much =]

What does she do that's annoying? It's hard to answer this question without knowing the problem.
In general, if you're so annoyed with this person, then find another friend.

WE ALLL love our friends but ay we always have one that will get
on ur nerves!!! Tell her NICELY how you feel and what triggers it
or say it at the time she does it! i have a friend like that and i told
her once how i felt now she isnt such a whinner!!! haha!! good
