Not sure, but I have heard of an English prep school getting all the kids in one town to line up and jump at the exact same time thus changing the earth's axis. very slightly, i hope!

Not likely, the displacement of water caused by the boats would not have any appreciable effect on sea levels.

Actually, very little water is displacement to induce buoyancy, so the effects would be negligible.
