There is no answer to that because it depends upon you. Aspirin works wonders for me, and I tolerate it well. Some people don't and prefer Tylenol, or even Advil, which I do not care for. It all depends upon the individual person and what they can tolerate. It also depends upon what level of pain you are concerned with.

life without stress is the best pain reliever, to include work and taking on your grown children's problems especially if they are looking for monitary handouts or a favor from mom or dad
