I know yahoo has individualized reports in the split stats section, but i'm looking for some kind of website that lists, say, post-all-star break trends of players over the past few seasons.

Espn.com has a lot of splits available. Look under players, rather than under stats, and you can get all sort of splits for various time periods, including pre and post all star for the past three years.

One of the best baseball stats site is baseball-reference.com, but at least in the past it has not had current season stats until after the season.

Check out the player profiles on Yahoo. Just click on there name and look at their profile, then click on splits and you can see those trends along w/ other useful info, including their stats for each month of the season.
