What is the best way to get tan?

I really need to for summer! because I work inside a building til three.

Well there are several options...
1. lay outside and tan but if you get out at three the sun isn't very strong for you to tan outside.
2. you can go to a salon and lay in the tanning bed , i've never done that i just lay outside.
3. or if you don't like the idea of a tanning bed i think you should try the spray tan that can also be done is salons
4. or you can do the self tanning lotions that is tricky because you can get weird streaks but if you do i recommend The jergins lotion with the self tanner in it that is actually i think one of the best.

i believe the safest way to get a tan is using a tanning bed. they really have a bad reputation, but are way better for you than just tanning in the sun, because in a tanning bed you have control over the doses of exposure. if you are careful and go slowly with your progression of minutes of exposure, you can avoid even the slightest burn, which is what ultimately causes cancer. If you try to tan from the sun, you are really leaving it up to chance whether you will burn or not.

Don't go to a tanning booth! Everyone will know it's fake! Go get some tanning oil and go to the beach one day with a friend. But remember ask them every 5 minutes if you are burning!

Just chill outside in the sun and wear tanning oil. In the afternoon is great because the suns rays are actually harsher in the afternoon so you will see faster results.

NOT in the sun... use Clinique's self tanning mousse, adds a nice, non-orangy glow. Exfoliate 1st!

definitely not the best way to get a tan, but cream is definitely the safest. minus the missed spots, orangey look...
