I don't think so . . . I think she's just a human. One that's managed to intrigued Loki, but still just human.

No. Loki's giantess wife appears as a new character in the 2nd manga series, of which you can buy the first two volumes in bookstores (this is the mother of Fenrir, Hel, and the Midgard Serpent/Yamino) and although his Aesir wife's name escapes me, it's NOT Mayura.
