Maybe in the southern states, it's hot like the blazes of tarnation down there, with the humidity to match! make up would just melt off of ya there!
I live in a a northern state with lovely weather and I just scoop and pile it on!

No place is safe. It depends on the girl. Some don't wear any, and some put on to much, and some wear it just right. It depends on what she likes.

I'd guess Hawaii. The girls are either tan, or of Polynesian descent so they don't need much of that brown stuff that girls put on their cheeks.

Probably in Phoenix ,Arizona because its so hot that the make-up would melt of thier face.

I'd say on there feet. Their shoes seem to rub it off fairly easily

Where do we wear it? On our face, out in public, where do we buy it? Wal*Mart, I personally prefer MAC, and department stores.
