When i play computer games my computer lags like no other...any suggestions?
Also, about ram...how much would it cost to install more?

Stuff running in the back ground, processor is an older one, not enough RAM, Video card speed to slow,

I don't know what kind of processor u got.
my suggestion for Minium Ram is 1000 MB (1gb)
