Ooooh please, let Dr. Education educ_8_u. If your company has a monitoring network service. Deleting cookies, files, or anything you may have not wanted someone to know what was on your computer, that does no good. Even now I'm probably being monitored and will be contacting ya'll from the local library computer in the future because i'm on Yahoo at work and may not have a job. So if you want secreacy (is that spelled right?) go 2 your house computer or the local library.

You can delete those files without any problem, though I have no idea why you'd want to; unless you don't want them to see where you've been browsing. Either way, deleting those files is like deleting cookies; no harm done. The worst thing you'll have to do is re-log into a website where you've asked it to remember your ID and keep you logged in. Those websites do that by depositing those cookies onto your computer, so you won't be able to do that anymore. As long as you don't care, go ahead.

it just deletes the temporary Internet files from your computer. You can also allocated designated space to the temporary Internet files and it would never grow bigger than that. Deleting them makes sure that you are downloading fresh copies of the pages from the web and also helps prevent people from knowing where you have been ;-)

History means the sites U visited, unless U want 2 keep a record, delete the lot.
Any sites U do go like the look of, save in bookmarks.
