Either you are dehydrated, or stressed about something. Drink more fluids before you feel thirst. Also being that you are a woman, I would check your irons levels. Maybe you are anemic, and don't have enough iron in your blood before and during your period. G'luck and take it easy.

nicely have u had intercourse those days? if no longer then your basically dealing with a strange time with your ingesting conduct and you mentioned your era is unusual sessions each and all of the time so whats your project?? except you have had intercourse wherein case circulate medical doctors and or do a being pregnant attempt.

Your blood sugar (glucose) levels could be low. Or you could be dehydrated. Make sure to eat at regular intervals and stay hydrated by drinking at least 64oz. of water daily.

drink more water. Are you taking vitamins you may be are taking too much of a certin vitamin. If its a multiple vitamin you may want to take it every other day and instead of every day. You may also be tired and need to sleep. Take a day where you can just sleep in and rest.

do you eat breakfast?? if not thats probably why...i had the same problem i never ate breakfast and i got dizzy and nauseated
