Greensburg is on the map now because Honda is building a plant there, no amount of money will get you a good deal. Austin is Austin, all the good land belongs to old Texas money. You need to find another place to do land deals, dude!

I don't know about Greensburg, but Austin has been booming for 15 years and no sign of slowing down. But look north of Austin in Williamson County--really growing.

that is a distraction, no longer a horror. the real horror purely moved right into a fantastic, extremely domicile in a fantastic community in Dallas. "Oh no! I heard the slider! quick! conceal the fish fry! There he's, on his deck. he's searching this manner, duck! Rats! Oh, good day, George, we did not see over there! What! Oh, purely heating up some old freezer-burned steaks. They likely are not very tasty. Yeah, they do smell fantastic. That'd be the fish fry sauce. Um, certain shall we scare up an more desirable plate, yet i'm no longer certain you'll get excitement from it. you want some for the secret service too? ok, then. golfing? Oh, my agenda's incredibly finished this week, and that i'm no longer magnificent. certain, come on over. (Jeez! won't be able to they make him an envoy or something?)
