Go to Shibuya. Always better than Shinjuku.
Dougenzaka 2 chome and Maruyama-Cho will be the ticket.

A hotel of the downtown area is clean, but is small.

There is an individual, large hotel if You go to the suburbs.
For example
SM type room It is around 40 minutes from Shibuya

But,I do not recommend that You go in a honeymoon.
Because,A love hotel is a place to go to do sex.
You cannot be relaxed.

What you want to do is stay overnight in a love hotel. During the day it might be 4000 yen for a two hour "rest" but you can usually stay from about 2300-0800 for 8000 yen or so.

There are love hotels all over the place so you can't go wrong. Just look around a bit.

Shibuya. Rooms are very expensive for people like us in the States.
