umm......when I'm stressed....
I just do whatev I wanna do.
If u r a girly-girl like me, have a mini spa day.
Do ur nails, & hair & makeup & do whatever.
Or just relax......find a good book & make pop-corn or something.
OR find a very stressful t.v. show (desperate housewives or ER, or House, or Judging Amy...anything with drama). U'll realize that the problems of the ppl on the show r probably worse than whatever is stressing u out.

Just go somewhere completely different and leave the kids behind. Have a cool drink and keep your thoughts in a nice journal. Sometimes I just go for walks in the park. The main thing is to go somewhere that isn't familiar and doesn't have a tv or computer, even music. Relax.

Try this(I know it sounds crazy): Write down everything that is bothering you on two sheets of paper. Burn one and bury the other. Then have a friend massage your back or neck, while you whisper your problems away. This is an old custom, that works for me when I have a problem or troubles. G'luck and take it easy

go to the gym, burn up a lot of energy and then go home and take a nice warm bubble bath with some candles and a head pillow... then just relax maybe put on some relaxing music or turn on a waterfall

One day just take a long hot bubble bath. Go out to a salon and day spa and your nails and toes done. Also just get a full body massage. Just relax for a while and take it easy.
