the bear, just one hit to the tigers head would knock him out or send him runing....if the tiger stayed to challeng then the bear would claw him several times and take a huge chun out of his neck with the bears fangs. And I do believe that a full grown grizzley can stand more than 7ft his arms would be bigger than the tigers head. Tiger would defenitley get tore up.

I think the bear would win.
Bear has a higher amount of fat on it's body. Thicker fur too. Better protection. While tiger does have claws they'll have a tough time penetrating the bear's hide to hit any vital areas.
The bear on the other hand can stand higher and slap the living daylights out of the tiger and then deliver the death bite after it's down.

Tigers are considered the fiercest predators on earth (well on land at least). The bear would have a definate size advantage but grizzly bears aren't really known for being very fierce predators (they mainly eat fish), aggressive yes but that isn't the same thing. The tiger would attack from behind and latch onto the Grizzilys neck and hold on until it was dead. My money on the tiger.
In any case check out this clip of a siberian tiger killing a croc, pretty amazing to watch how fast the cat just swoops around behind, pounces and locks on to the crocs neck. You won't look at your house cat the same again. I'll bet that croc out-weighed that tiger by a few hundred pounds easily and it never stood a chance.

As much as I love tigers, a bear would. It has more muscle power than a tiger. Then again, the tiger can be alot quicker on it's feet than a bear could..nope, definatly a bear.

A tiger. Wanna know how I figured that out? It's simple: Imagine if Winnie the Pooh and Tigger got into a fight. Who'd win? There ya go...hope I helped.

Tiger! *rawr* cats are vicious. I think they can outbite a grizzly, pound for pound jaw strength, and I bet they're way quicker too. The only chance for the grizzly would to get the tiger in a 'bear hug' and squish him.

The grizzly bear would win. Grizzly bears are the ultimate carnivores.

I think the elephant would win, they have trunks they can swing to knock out their opponents - and they crave meat so they would have extra incentive to win. Elephant.
